不銹鋼內(nèi)襯尼龍快拆式卸料閥

　　采用加厚葉輪設(shè)計(jì)，與殼體配合間隙小，結(jié)構(gòu)精密，使用過程中不易漏風(fēng)不易漏料，防堵耐用。

　　密封優(yōu)越，用感無憂：結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定，密封性能良好?？捎糜诜哿?、小顆粒物料，在正負(fù)極壓差吸送過程中將物料分離排出。

　　適用于鋰電正極材料輸送，高鎳三元材料，磷酸鐵鋰。閥體、端蓋外表面采用不銹鋼304.物料接觸8-10mm氧化鋁陶瓷工藝等。都可以滿足工況耐磨，耐溫尤為突出。

　　可拆卸葉輪：便于快速拆卸清洗旋轉(zhuǎn)閥的物料接觸面。

　　驅(qū)動(dòng)方式：鏈驅(qū)動(dòng)/馬達(dá)直連驅(qū)動(dòng)。

　　動(dòng)力配置：擺線針輪減速機(jī)，Y系列電機(jī)(可按客戶指定動(dòng)力配置)

　　Adopting a thickened impeller design, the clearance between the impeller and the shell is small, the structure is precise, and it is not easy to leak air or materials during use, and it is durable and anti clogging.

　　Superior sealing and worry free use: stable structure and good sealing performance. Can be used for powder and small particle materials, to separate and discharge materials during the positive and negative pressure difference suction process.

　　Suitable for transporting lithium battery cathode materials, high nickel ternary materials, and lithium iron phosphate. The outer surface of the valve body and end cover is made of stainless steel 304. The material is in contact with 8-10mm alumina ceramic technology, etc. Both can meet the wear resistance requirements of working conditions, with outstanding temperature resistance.

　　Detachable impeller: facilitates quick disassembly and cleaning of the material contact surface of the rotary valve.
